David De Michele is an independent composer and producer of epic cinematic electronic-classical crossover music that blends electronic synthesizer voices with classical orchestration to create expansive, narrative-driven soundscapes. His music is produced as if scoring to a film, inspired by a theme with the narrative being expressed through electronic orchestration with rich, warm, and expressive textures. His music is created intuitively with emphasis on emotive expressions within vast soundscapes, foregoing sequencers and track quantization to preserve the natural essence of the score. No AI is used in David's productions.
Over the last four years David has produced albums spanning a multitude of themes including space ambient, music inspired by Arthurian legends and Middle-Earth, and neoclassical dark academia. His Middle-Earth and Arthurian inspired music is featured on Radio Rivendell. In addition to producing his own albums, David collaborates with contemporary and neoclassical pianists, music producers, songwriters, and vocalists in Europe and the US, adding electronic and classical-crossover orchestration to their compositions. David's independent label, Indigo World Productions, is a publisher label cleared and registered through ASCAP'S DART Claim Publisher Members and Affiliated Foreign Societies in 2004 for worldwide productions. All of David's works are registered with ASCAP and SoundExchange, and are in worldwide distribution through Orchard Enterprises, a division of Sony Music Entertainment.
